Ingredients list for Creamy Honeyed Fruits
- 1/4 cup Hung yogurt
- 1/4 cup Cream cheese
- 3-4 tablespoons Honey
- 2 Kiwi peeled
- 7-8 Dried apricots
- 1 Apple
- 1/4 cup Pineapple sliced
- 1 Orange separated into segments
- 6-7 Chocolate chip cookies
Method
- Cut kiwis into slices. Cut apricots into halves and cut apple into cubes. Transfer all these into a bowl.
- Add pineapple, orange segments and honey and mix well. Refrigerate to chill.
- Combine hung yogurt and cream cheese in another bowl and mix well.
- Crush cookies coarsely with hands and place on a plate.
- Place a layer of chilled honeyed fruits into four individual short glasses. Spread a layer of yogurt-cheese mixture on top of the fruits. Top with crushed cookies and refrigerate for an hour.
- Serve chilled.
