Ever wondered why the phrase “say cheese” is used just before a photograph is clicked? Simply because ‘cheese’ makes one smile! Not only the word but cheese as a food makes a lot of palates happy. Ingredients for Cream Cheese And Chilli Pineapple Loaf Recipe

  • Cream Cheese 4

  • Pineapple 3 tablespoons

  • Canned pineapple chopped 3-4 slices

  • Bean sprouts 2 tablespoons

  • Cream cheese 1 cup

  • Tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon

  • Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon

  • Tobasco sauce t teaspoon

  • Lettuce few leaves


Step 1

Take whole-wheat hot dogs, cut horizontally and apply butter or mayonnaise on the insides.

Step 2

For the filling, mix together pineapple, bean sprouts, cream cheese, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Place a lettuce leaf on one side of the hotdog and put one-fourth of the filling on it.

Step 3

Place another lettuce leaf over the filling and cover this with the other half of the hot dog. Press slightly.

Step 4

Repeat the process with rest of the hotdogs and the remaining filling.

Step 5

Skewer a toothpick on each loaf to hold it all together and serve immediately.
