  • 4 Cream Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Pineapple
  • 3-4 slices Canned pineapple chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Bean sprouts
  • 1 cup Cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • t teaspoon Tobasco sauce
  • Lettuce few leaves

Method

  1. Take whole-wheat hot dogs, cut horizontally and apply butter or mayonnaise on the insides.
  2. For the filling, mix together pineapple, bean sprouts, cream cheese, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Place a lettuce leaf on one side of the hotdog and put one-fourth of the filling on it.
  3. Place another lettuce leaf over the filling and cover this with the other half of the hot dog. Press slightly.
  4. Repeat the process with rest of the hotdogs and the remaining filling.
  5. Skewer a toothpick on each loaf to hold it all together and serve immediately.
