Ingredients list for Corn And Cheese Dosa
- 2 cups Dosa batter
- 4 tablespoons American corn kernels
- 1 cup Potato bhaji
- as required Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 medium Onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup American corn kernels, boiled
Method
- Heat a dosa tawa, season with oil and wipe with a wet cloth. Pour ladleful of batter on the tawa and spread in circular motion to make a dosa. Drizzle oil all around and cook for a minute. Put potato bhaji on one side of the dosa. Top it with mozzarella cheese, onion and corn. Fold the other side over and press lightly. Serve hot.
