Ingredients list for Coffee Maple Punch
- 1 cup Strong Coffee
- 1 Eggs
- as required Crushed ice
Method
- Put egg, crushed ice, maple syrup, strong coffee and one cup of milk into a shaker. Shake thoroughly and strain into a jug.
- Add the rest of the milk and stir well. Pour into tall glasses, top it with ice-cream scoops and serve with a straw and a long handled spoon.
