Ingredients list for Coffee Ice Cream

  • 1/2 Vanilla ice cream scoops packet
  • 4 tablespoons Kahlua liqueur
  • 2 Coffee tablets

Method

  1. Fit the coffee tablet into the espresso coffee machine and process to get 1 shot of espresso coffee. Similarly get 1 more shot of espresso coffee.
  2. Dip a scoop in hot water and remove scoops of vanilla ice cream and put 1 scoop in each of 4 espresso cups.
  3. Pour the espresso coffee over the ice cream. Drizzle 1 tbsp Kahlua liqueur in each cup and serve immediately.
