Ingredients for Coffee Ice Cream Recipe

  • Vanilla ice cream scoops packet 1/2

  • Kahlua liqueur 4 tablespoons

  • Coffee tablets 2


Step 1

Fit the coffee tablet into the espresso coffee machine and process to get 1 shot of espresso coffee. Similarly get 1 more shot of espresso coffee.

Step 2

Dip a scoop in hot water and remove scoops of vanilla ice cream and put 1 scoop in each of 4 espresso cups.

Step 3

Pour the espresso coffee over the ice cream. Drizzle 1 tbsp Kahlua liqueur in each cup and serve immediately.
