Ingredients list for Chocolate and Peanut Butter Smoothie
- 1 tablespoon Chocolate nibs
- 1/2 tablespoon Peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 3 cups almond milk
- 2 bananas peeled
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flax seeds + for decorating
- 2 tablespoons honey + for decorating
Method
- Cut bananas into roundels and place in a blender jar. Add chocolate nibs, flax seeds, peanut butter, cocoa powder, 2 tbsps honey, yogurt and almond milk and blend till smooth.
- Cover the rim of 4 individual glasses with honey and stick flax seeds onto the rims. Pour the smoothie into each glass and serve chilled.
