Ingredients list for Chocolate Truffle
- 250 grams Dark chocolate chopped
- 125 grams Fresh cream
- 1/2 Orange
- 1 cup Cocoa powder
Method
- Pour cream into a non-stick pan and heat.
- Grate orange peel.
- When the cream gets heated, add dark chocolate and switch off heat. Mix till smooth.
- Add 1 tsp grated orange zest and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into an aluminium tray lined with cling film and set aside to cool down to room temperature. Then keep it in the refrigerator to set.
- Spread the cocoa powder in a plate.
- Take the tray out of the refrigerator, take small portions of the chocolate mixture and roll into balls. Roll the balls in cocoa powder and place them in a serving platter.
