Ingredients list for Chocolate Ki Sevaiyaan
- 4 tablespoons Chocolate Powder powder
 - 1 1/2 cups Khoya/Mawa
 - 3 tablespo Powdered sugar
 - a pinch Green cardamom powder
 - 1/2 cup + Milk powder
 - 1 Vanilla sponge cake
 
Method
- Lightly saute khoya in a non stick pan. Switch off heat, add powdered sugar, chocolate powder, green cardamom powder and mix.
 - Transfer the mixture into a parat and mix well.
 - Add ½ cup milk powder and knead into a dough. Keep the dough in the refrigerator for 5-7 minutes.
 - Cut the sponge cake into small rounds with a round cookie cutter.
 - Halve each round horizontally.Heat a non stick pan, place the cake slices in it and roast them till lightly golden.
 - Dust a sevaiyaan mould with milk powder.
 - Transfer the chocolate mixture into the mould and press out the sevaiyaan on the cake slices.
 - Arrange the cake slices on a serving plate, sprinkle some milk powder and serve.
