Switch off heat, add powdered sugar, chocolate powder, green cardamom powder and mix. Transfer the mixture into a parat and mix well. Add ½ cup milk powder and knead into a dough. Keep the dough in the refrigerator for 5-7 minutes. Cut the sponge cake into small rounds with a round cookie cutter. Halve each round horizontally.Heat a non stick pan, place the cake slices in it and roast them till lightly golden. Dust a sevaiyaan mould with milk powder. Transfer the chocolate mixture into the mould and press out the sevaiyaan on the cake slices. Arrange the cake slices on a serving plate, sprinkle some milk powder and serve.
