  • 250 grams Dark chocolate
  • 250 grams Fresh cream

Method

  1. Heat cream in a non-stick pan till just warm.
  2. Take chocolate in a bowl. Add warm cream and set aside for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix well till well blended.
  4. Store in airtight container and refrigerate or use as required.
