  • 2 Mangoes
  • 200 grams Dark chocolate chopped

Method

  1. Melt chocolate in the microwave oven. Peel mangoes.
  2. Cut slices from either side of the seed. Take the chocolate out of the oven and whisk well.
  3. Keep a silicon sheet on a refrigerator shelf.
  4. Keep the mango pieces flat on a work top and make slits vertically at an even distance but keep them joined at one end.
  5. Arrange the slices on the silicon sheet and press lightly to spread out like a fan.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over them and spread gently to cover the entire surface.
  7. Pat the tray gently and keep it in the refrigerator to set completely.
  8. Serve chilled.
