Ingredients list for Chocolate Coated Mango
- 2 Mangoes
- 200 grams Dark chocolate chopped
Method
- Melt chocolate in the microwave oven. Peel mangoes.
- Cut slices from either side of the seed. Take the chocolate out of the oven and whisk well.
- Keep a silicon sheet on a refrigerator shelf.
- Keep the mango pieces flat on a work top and make slits vertically at an even distance but keep them joined at one end.
- Arrange the slices on the silicon sheet and press lightly to spread out like a fan.
- Pour the melted chocolate over them and spread gently to cover the entire surface.
- Pat the tray gently and keep it in the refrigerator to set completely.
- Serve chilled.
