Ingredients list for Chicken Cutlet
- 500 grams Chicken Mince
Method
- Roughly chop onion, green chillies, red capsicum and green capsicum and put them in a chopper and chop finely.
- Transfer into a bowl. Add chicken, salt and pepper powder and mix well.
- Add bread crumbs and mix well. Heat a little oil on a non stick tawa.
- Dampen your palms, take a little chicken mixture and pat into thin and flat heart shaped cutlets.
- Place them on the tawa, and cook till the underside is golden.
- Turn over and cook till the other side is equally golden.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
