Ingredients list for Cherry Pops
- 10 Fresh cherries
- 1 Dark chocolate sponge cake crumbs
- as required Sugar syrup
- ½ cup White chocolate
Method
- Put dark chocolate sponge cake crumbs in a large bowl, add sugar syrup and mix well to make a dough.
- Cover each cherry cake crumb mixture and rest for ten minutes in a refrigerator.
- Put white chocolate in a bowl and melt in a microwave. Temper till the required temperature is reached. Quickly coat the cherry pops with it.
- Refrigerator for four to five minutes and serve chilled.
