Ingredients list for Cherry Chocolate Mousse
- 25-30 Canned cherries seeded
- 1 1/2 cups Dark chocolate chopped
- 3/4 cup Fresh cream
- 1/2 cup Non-dairy whipped cream
Method
- Pour fresh cream into a non-stick pan and heat but do not boil.
- Take dark chocolate in a deep bowl, pour the hot cream into this bowl and mix till chocolate melts.
- Chop the cherries, add to the chocolate mixture and mix well. Add whipped cream and mix well.
- Transfer the mousse into a piping bag and snip off its pointed end.
- Take 4 stemmed glasses, pipe the mousse into them and tap them lightly. Keep them in the refrigerator to chill.
- Served chilled.
