Ingredients list for Cheesy Mango Bites
- 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
- 5 teaspoons Mango pulp
- 8 Digestive biscuits
- ¾ cup Hung yogurt
- 1½ tablespoons Castor sugar (caster sugar)
- 1 Ripe mango
Method
- Combine yogurt, cream cheese, castor sugar and mango pulp in a bowl. Blend well with a hand blender till smooth.
- Peel, slice mango thinly and refrigerate for a while.
- Place the biscuits on a worktop. Make quenelles of the yogurt-cheese mixture and put them on the biscuits.
- Place the prepared biscuits on a serving platter, garnish with mango slices and serve immediately.
