Blend well with a hand blender till smooth. Peel, slice mango thinly and refrigerate for a while. Place the biscuits on a worktop. Make quenelles of the yogurt-cheese mixture and put them on the biscuits. Place the prepared biscuits on a serving platter, garnish with mango slices and serve immediately.
