Ingredients list for Carrot Cake
- 3-4 medium carrots grated
- 3 tablespoons Eggs
- 1 medium Apple
- 1/3 cup Orange juice
- 1 Egg
- 18 measure Sugarfree Natura
- 1 1/2 cups Refined flour (maida)
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Soda bicarbonate
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 180˚C. Grease a cake 9 inch cake tin with oil. Grate apple into a bowl.
Add carrots and mix. - Add orange juice and mix.
Break the egg into it and mix well. - Add Sugar Free Natura and mix well.
Sieve refined flour, baking powder, soda bicarbonate, cinnamon powder into the above mixture and mix gently. - Add oil and mix.
Put the batter into the greased baking tin and bake in the preheated oven at 180˚C for approximately thirty minutes. - Turn over the cake onto a rack to cool.
Cut into slices and serve.
