Ingredients list for Caramel Walnut Chocolate - SK Khazana
- 1/2 cup Caramel
- 1 cup Walnuts chopped
- 2 cups Dark chocolate chopped
Method
- Heat sufficient water in a deep non-stick deep pan, place an empty bowl on top of it. Put the chocolate into the bowl and allow it to melt, stirring occasionally.
- Once melted, stir continuously to remove lumps and temper the chocolate.
- Pour the tempered chocolate into the moulds, swirl so that chocolate spreads evenly, pour the excess back into the bowl leaving a thin layer of chocolate in the moulds.
- Keep the mould in the refrigerator for the shells to set.
- Fill caramel into a piping bag, pipe the caramel into the prepared chocolate shells.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top and press lightly with the back of a spoon to level the surface. Cover with a layer of tempered chocolate and scrape the excess back into the bowl.
- Keep the moulds in the refrigerator again to set.
- De-mould, arrange them in a serving plate and serve.
