Ingredients list for Caramel Centered Chocolates

  • 3/4 cup Dulce de leche
  • 1 1/2 cups Dark chocolate chopped


  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove from heat and mix till smooth and it reaches room temperature.
  2. Place the dulce de leche in a piping bag and trim the pointed end of the piping bag.
  3. Pour chocolate in the heart shaped chocolate moulds. Scrape off the excess.
  4. Flip the mould so that the extra chocolate drips into the bowl and makes a cavity to fill the stuffing.
  5. Pipe out dulce de leche into the cavities and tap the mould lightly. Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Heat the remaining chocolate in the microwave for 10 seconds in the microwave. Temper it till it cools down to room temperature. Transfer it into another piping bag.
  7. Pipe out chocolate over the dulce de leche and tap it lightly. Scrape off the excess chocolate and refrigerate for about 10 minutes or till set.
  8. Remove them from the mould by holding the mould upside down and tapping lightly. All the chocolates will fall out. Serve.
