Ingredients list for Blueberry Oats and Pinenuts Crumble
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Oats
- 8-10 Pine nuts(chilgoza)
- Chilled butter
- Castor sugar (caster sugar)
Method
- Take blue berries in a pan. Add half cup water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- To make the crumble take rolled oats in a mixing bowl. Add chilled butter and mix with your fingertips till the mixture resembles breadcrumbs in texture.
- Add brown sugar and pine nutes and mix well.
- Add castor sugar to the blueberries and cook till the mixture thickens.
- Transfer the blueberry mixture into individual ramekin moulds.
- Top with the prepared crumble mixture.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve hot.
