Ingredients list for Blueberry Frozen Yogurt

  • 1/4 cup Blueberry Jam
  • 6 cups Thick Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons Honey


  1. Wash muslin cloth in warm water. Place the muslin cloth over a strainer, put yogurt into it and squeeze out water into a bowl. Hang it overnight in a refrigerator to drain out the whey completely.
  2. Put this hung yogurt into a bowl. Add condensed milk and whisk well. Add honey and blueberry jam and whisk again.
  3. Pour this mixture into a silicon container, cover with a lid and keep in the refrigerator to set.
  4. Scoop out frozen yogurt from the container and place in stem glasses and serve chilled.
