Ingredients list for Bean Sprout & Veg Salad

  • 2 cups Bean sprouts

Method

  1. Mix together bean sprouts, salt and turmeric powder and steam for four to five minutes and cool. Mix together steamed sprouts, tomato, onion, green chilli, potato, fresh coriander leaves, ginger, lemon juice, chaat masala and cucumber. Toss well and serve.
