Ingredients list for Baked Aamrakhand
- 200 grams Yogurt beaten
- 100 grams Ripe Mango Puree
Method
- Preheat oven at 180º C.
- Mix together yogurt and condensed milk in a bowl. Add mango puree and mango pieces and continue to mix. Add cream and mix well.
- Pour aamrakhand into 4 ramekin moulds and the remaining in a baking dish. Place all of them in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
- Take them out of the oven and cool down to room temperature. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
- Serve chilled garnished with mango slices.
