Ingredients list for Baby Pizzas With Mozzarella And Boiled Egg Topping

  • 4 Baby Pizza
  • 150 grams Mozerella Cheese grated
  • 1 Eggs hard boiled thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1/2 medium Onions chopped
  • 8 tablespoons Tomato puree
  • 3-4 Sundried tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 medium Red capsicum seeded & diced
  • 1/2 medium Green capsicum seeded & diced
  • 4 Fresh basil leaves hand torn

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion and sauté till translucent. Add tomato puree and cook on medium heat till it reduces slightly.
  2. . Add sundried tomatoes, dry oregano, red chilli flakes, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well and cook till it gets a sauce consistency.
  3. Set aside to cool. Divide into four equal portions. Spread a portion of the sauce on each pizza base. Spread mozzarella cheese
  4. . Arrange diced capsicums. Top it up with egg slices. Place under hot grill till cheese melts completely. Serve immediately.
