Ingredients list for Baby Pizzas With Mozzarella And Boiled Egg Topping
- 4 Baby Pizza
- 150 grams Mozerella Cheese grated
- 1 Eggs hard boiled thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic chopped
- 1/2 medium Onions chopped
- 8 tablespoons Tomato puree
- 3-4 Sundried tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Dry oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1/2 medium Red capsicum seeded & diced
- 1/2 medium Green capsicum seeded & diced
- 4 Fresh basil leaves hand torn
Method
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion and sauté till translucent. Add tomato puree and cook on medium heat till it reduces slightly.
- . Add sundried tomatoes, dry oregano, red chilli flakes, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well and cook till it gets a sauce consistency.
- Set aside to cool. Divide into four equal portions. Spread a portion of the sauce on each pizza base. Spread mozzarella cheese
- . Arrange diced capsicums. Top it up with egg slices. Place under hot grill till cheese melts completely. Serve immediately.
