- 10 Golden apricots
- 4 tablespoons Honey
- 1 cup Oats
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Chop apricots.
- Place oats in a bowl add semolina, refined flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder and mix.
- Add apricots and walnuts. Add oil and mix. Add yogurt and mix. Add honey and mix.
- Pour the mixture onto a greased baking tray and spread evenly.
- Bake the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Cut into bars and serve when cold.
