Ingredients list for Aliv Laddoo
- 200 grams Alvi
- 2 Coconut scraped
- 400 grams Jaggery (gur) grated
- 3 tablespoons Ghee
Method
- Mix aliv and coconut well together. Place jaggery in a pan and pour water just enough to cover the jaggery. Cook on low heat till jaggery melts completely. Add ghee and mix well.
- Add aliv and coconut. Remove from heat. Mix well. While mixture is still warm, roll it into equal sized laddus.
- Cool and store in an airtight container.
