Shopping list
1 small bottle of mayonnaise
1 tin of pineapple slices
2 apples
500 grams of walnuts
1 bunch of celery
1 iceberg
4 brinjals
1 small bunch of dill
1 tin of lychee
1 litre packet of vanilla
200 grams of dates
50 grams of brown sugar
For faster preparation
Process the fruits and nuts for salad. Mix it with mayonnaise and set aside in refrigerator. Process the iceberg and refrigerate. Marinate the brinjal slices. Prepare the stuffing for brinjal and set aside. Prepare the ice-cream.
How to go about it
Grill the brinjal place the stuffing roll them and serve. Finish by mixing the salad. Serve the ice cream.
