It is believed to add more in the food that is cooked in terms of flavours and aroma. Here are some recipes that fall into this category – try Paneer and Pineapple Stir Fry, Stir Fried Shrimps and Sichuan Eggplant with Black Bean Sauce. Shopping list 1 cup shelled shrimps 2 green capsicums 1 yellow capsicum 1 red capsicum 10 grams fresh red chillies 1 bunch spring onions 1 bottle dark soy sauce 1 bottle crushed black peppercorns 1 bottle sesame oil 100 grams paneer 1 tinned pineapple 1 medium broccoli 500 grams long brinjals 1 bottle hot black bean sauce 50 grams Sichuan peppers 1 packet vegetable stock cubes 1 bottle malt vinegar For faster preparation Chop onions, garlic, red chillies and spring onions. Cut capsicums into small pieces for shrimp stir fry. Cut tomatoes and green capsicum into strips. Separate broccoli into florets. Blend together tomatoes and garlic in the blender for paneer stir fry. Cut brinjals into medium size pieces. Add salt, soy sauce and cornflour to the brinjals and deep fry them till golden. How to go about Sauté garlic, onions and all vegetables, add salt, soy sauce to it. Add shrimps and toss. Serve hot. Sauté onions with processed vegetables and spices and toss. Add paneer cubes and mix well, cook for 2-3 minutes and serve garnished with coriander leaves. Heat oil in a wok, add onions, ginger, black bean sauce, dark soy sauce, red chillies, crushed Sichuan peppers, black peppercorns and stock and mix.
