Menu: Soya beans are coming into many kitchens around the world. It is definitely a valuable plant with a great protein source and other health benefits. So, try making an all soya meal with these recipes – Avocado Milkshake, Soya Pattice and Corn Malaidar.
Shopping list
2 ripe avocado, seeded and roughly chopped
1 liter soya milk
½ liter vanilla ice cream
150 grams soya bean chunks
1 packet dried mango powder
1 small packet corn flour
500 grams frozen corn kernels
50 grams caraway seeds
1packet white pepper powder
1 packet dried fenugreek leaves
200 grams tofu
½ bunch fresh mint
For faster preparation
Do the required cutting and chopping of ingredients. For soya pattice, soak the soya bean chunks in warm water once soft, drain and squeeze out excess water. Boil the potatoes, peel and mash.
How to go about it
Stuff the pattice and keep aside. Finish making the corn malaidar. Shallow-fry the pattice. Blend all the ingredients for milkshake together and serve.
