Shopping list
4 corn on the cob
1 bottle of mayonnaise
1 small packet of kosher salt
1 small bottle of parmesan cheese
1 packet of bamboo skewers
4 slices of kingfish
1 packet of rice vermicelli
10 grams of fresh red chillies
1 lemon grass stalk
1 pakchoy
1 small bottle of sweet chilli sauce
1 small bottle of fish sauce
1 small packet of golgappas
1 small bottle of coffee powder
1 slab of dark chocolate
1 small packet of expresso coffee
250 grams of motichoor laddoo
500 grams of vanilla icecream
For faster preparation
Boil the corn on the cob. Make the chutney mixture ready. Process the vegetables for cooking of the fish. Make the fish marination, sauce and cook the noodles. Make the chocolate mixture.
How to go about it
First start by steaming the fish. Then grill the corn brush with the prepared chutney and serve. Finally shake the expresso chocolate mixture and serve in shot glasses alongwith the laddoo mixture stuffed golgappas.
