Shopping list :

2 bunches of spinach

8 tortillas

1 packet of feta cheese

500 grams of cream cheese

1 bottle of onion powder

1 bottle of garlic powder

1 small bottle of olive oil

1 packet of boneless chicken breast

200 grams of mozzarella cheese

1 red bell pepper

1 green bell pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

50 grams of dried red chillies

1 small bottle of soy sauce

1 bunch of spring onions

2 packets of digestive biscuits

200 grams of yogurt

1 tin of condensed milk

1 bottle of blueberry compote

1 packet of whipped cream


For faster preparation :

For quesadillas process the spinach. Marinate the chicken. Prepare the biscuit mixture for cheesecake. Make the cheese mixture and set aside.

How to go about it :

Finish the cheese cake and refrigerate it. Then start by cooking the chicken till ¾ done. Then move on to the tortillas. Add cheese on the chicken, bake until the cheese melts.
