Shopping list
1kilogram of bajra
250 grams of idli rawa
200 grams of whole black gram
1 small packet of fenugreek seeds
200 grams of split green gram with skin
500 grams of millet flour
1 small container of palm jaggery
200 grams of khoya
For faster preparation
Soak the ingredients for dosa. Grind and leave to ferment. Soak the bajra for khichdi.
How to go about it
Start with the barfi. Then pressure cook the khichdi. Finally make the dosas.
