  • Macaroni cooked
    2 cups
  • Roasted peanuts
    3 tablespoons
  • Green chillies
    2
  • Oil
    2 tablespoons
  • Cumin seeds
    1 teaspoon
  • Curry leaves
    6-8
  • Asafoetida
    a pinch
  • Sugar
    1 teaspoon
  • coriander leaves chopped
    4 tablespoons

Method

Step 1


Grind together roasted peanuts, green chillies to a coarse powder and keep aside.

Step 2


Mix together yogurt with salt and sugar. Add macaroni and lightly mix and keep it aside.Heat oil in a non stick pan add cumin seeds, curry leaves ang asafoetida.

Step 3


When cumin seeds starts spluttering add the mixture to the yogurt mixture and mix well.Add sugar, salt and peanut powder to it and mix well.

Step 4


Serve garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
