Ingredients 

    • 10-12 kale leaves
    • 4 cups milk
    • 2 medium green apples, roughly chopped
    • 4 medium ripe bananas, peeled and roughly chopped

    Method

    1. Place kale leaves in a blender jar. Add milk, apples and bananas and blend till smooth. 
    2. Pour into four tall glasses and serve chilled.
