Ingredients for Fruit And Capsicum Kachumber

  • Apples cored and sliced 2 medium

  • Orange 2 medium

  • Green grapes halved and seeded 12-15

  • Black grapes halved and seeded 12-15

  • Green capsicums cut into strips 1 medium

  • Cucumber thinly sliced 1 medium

  • Tomato seeded thin strips 2 medium

  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

  • Spring onions sliced thinly 2

  • Green chilli chopped 2

  • Salt to taste

  • Chaat masala 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Sprinkle one tablespoon of lemon juice over the apple slices to prevent discolouration. Peel the oranges and separate the segments.

Step 2

Remove the seeds and cut each segment in half. Combine the apples, oranges, green grapes, black grapes, green capsicum, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions and green chillies in a large bowl.

Step 3

Add salt, chaat masala and mix. Add olive oil and mix. Serve chilled.

How to make Fruit And Capsicum Kachumber

Step 1
