Limited food ingredients during Navratri, doesn’t necessarily mean your mealtimes should to be boring. These recipes are perfect to prepare a delicious meal without using onions and garlic - vrat ka khana, prepared in less than 30 minutes, just for you.

 


Menu: Mini Sabudana Thalipeeth
Vrat Ki Kadhi
Lauki Kheer


Shopping list

500 grams of sago
1 small packet of roasted peanuts
1 small packet of bhajani vrat atta
600 grams of yogurt
1 small packet of water chestnut flour
1 small packet of rock salt
500 grams of bottle gourd
1 small bottle of kewra water

For faster preparation

Soak the sago and process the potatoes. Process the bottle gourd and cook until soft.

How to go about it

Start with the kadhi. Make the thalipeeth and serve with green chutney. Finish the kheer and serve.
