Sauteed onion and capsicums mixed with sprouted moong

Black pepper powder
Heat two teaspoons olive oil in a non stick pan.Add onion and bell peppers and sauté for three to four minutes.
Take moong sprouts in a bowl. Add onion-capsicum mixture. Add salt, yogurt and mix well.Add lemon juice and remaining olive oil and black pepper powder.Serve.
