Ingredients for Sprouted Salad Recipe

  • Sprouted moong 2 cup

  • Olive oil 4 teaspoon

  • Onion chopped 4 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Yogurt 4 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice 2 teaspoon

  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Heat two teaspoons olive oil in a non stick pan.Add onion and bell peppers and sauté for three to four minutes.

Step 2

Take moong sprouts in a bowl. Add onion-capsicum mixture. Add salt, yogurt and mix well.Add lemon juice and remaining olive oil and black pepper powder.Serve.
