Method

  1. Heat two teaspoons olive oil in a non stick pan.
  2. Add onion and bell peppers and sauté for three to four minutes.
  3. Take moong sprouts in a bowl. Add onion-capsicum mixture. Add salt, yogurt and mix well.
  4. Add lemon juice and remaining olive oil and black pepper powder.
  5. Serve.
