Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cinnamon, green cardamoms, cloves, black cardamoms, mace and onion paste, mix and sauté for 2 minutes. Add garlic and ginger pastes, mix and add bay leaf. Add coriander-cumin powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well and sauté for 1 minute. Serve hot.
