Ingredients for Anda Sev Puri

  • Hard boiled eggs halved 6

  • Onion chopped 1 medium

  • Green capsicums deseeded & chopped 1

  • Processed cheese grated 1 cup

  • Tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns crushed 1 teaspoon

  • Green chilli finely chopped 2

  • Parsley chopped 1 tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Remove the egg yolk in a bowl add onions, capsicums, half grated cheese, tomato ketchup, salt, pepper and green chillies and mix well.

Step 2

Put the prepared egg yolk minture in the egg whites. Seve garnish with remaining cheese and chopped parsley.
