Ingredients for Red Cabbage And Apple Mix Recipe

  • Red cabbage 1 medium

  • Apple sliced 1

  • Onion sliced 1 medium

  • Garlic crushed 1 tablespoon

  • Butter 2 tablespoons

  • Sugar 1 tablespoon

  • Raisins 1 tablespoon

  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

  • Black pepper powder freshly ground 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Heat butter in a pan, add sliced onions and saute. Add red cabbage and salt and mix.

Step 2

Add crushed garlic and mix. Add sliced apples and saute. Add sugar and raisins. Once the apples are soft add red wine vinegar or lemon juice.

Step 3

Add freshly crushed black pepper and mix. Serve hot and crunchy.
