  • Split green gram skinless (dhuli moong dal)
    1/2 cup
  • Bean sprouts
    1/2 cup
  • Carrots grated
    2 medium
  • Cucumber chopped
    1 medium
  • Green chillies chopped
  • Raw mango peeled and chopped
    1 medium
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped
    1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice
    1 tablespoon
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Oil
    2 teaspoons
  • Mustard seeds
    1 teaspoon
  • Curry leaves
    1 sprigs
  • Coconut scraped
    1/4 cup


Step 1

Wash and soak moong dal in one cup of water for half an hour. Drain the water and keep. Boil sprouted green gram till just cooked. Drain and keep aside. In a mixing bowl mix drained moong dal, bean sprouts, carrots, cucumber, green chillies, raw mango, coriander leaves. Add lemon juice, little salt and mix well.
