Ingredients for Raw mango pickle Recipe

  • Raw mango 1 large

  • Red chilli powder 3 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Sesame oil (til oil) 2 tablespoons

  • Asafoetida 1/2 teaspoon

  • Mustard powder 1/2 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Wash and cut the mango into small pieces. Mix red chilli powder and salt. Set aside for a half an hour.

Step 2

Heat oil in a non stick pan, add asafoetida and mustard powder. Saute for thirty seconds and pour over the mango pieces. Store in glass jars in the refrigerator.
