Ingredients
- 200 grams pasta, boiled
- 1 small potato,boiled and cut into small cubes
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 green capsicum. chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Heat butter in a non stick kadai. Add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter.
- Add onions and saute till brown. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix well.
- Add little water and cook for three minutes.
- Add tomatoes and capsicum and saute well for two minutes.
- Add potatoes, pasta and salt. Toss well.
- Finish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
