Ingredients list for Mixed Salad

  • 2 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Roasted peanuts coarsely grounded
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves finely chopped

Method

  1. Grate the Cucumber & finely chop the Tomatoes & onion.
  2. Add chopped green chilli, yogurt, roasted ground nut powder, salt sugar,cumin powder, chaat masala podwer, mix well add finely chopped coriander.
  3. It can be served with pulav (any rice items) as well as any variety of parathas.
