Ingredients for Kale and Chicken Salad Recipe

  • Kale roughly chopped 2 cups

  • Boneless chicken breast boiled and shredded 1

  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup

  • Mustard paste 2 teaspoons

  • Honey 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Apple cut into thin strips 1 medium

  • Carrot peeled and cut into thin strips 1 medium


Step 1

To make the dressing, put mayonnaise, mustard paste, honey and salt in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2

Put kale, chicken, apple and carrot in another bowl and toss. Add the dressing and mix well.

Step 3

Serve chilled.
