Ingredients list for Creamy Cajun Spaghetti

  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • 3 teaspoons Cajun spice
  • 3 cups Spaghetti boiled
  • 2 Boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Spring onion bulbs
  • 1 stalk Spring onion greens
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese powder

Method

  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch thick strips.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a non-stick pan. Add chicken strips and mix well.
  3. Add 2 teaspoons Cajun spice and toss to mix. Cook for 2 minutes and set aside.
  4. Slice spring onion bulbs and chop the green finely.
  5. Heat remaining butter in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and sauté well.
  6. Add spring onion bulbs and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add spaghetti and toss well. Add cream and mix well. Add chicken and mix well.
  8. Add salt, pepper powder, remaining Cajun spice and Parmesan cheese and mix well.
  9. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
