150 grams fresh corn kernels
100 grams processed cheese
100 ml whipping cream
10 grams pistachios
2 boneless chicken breasts
2 packets fresh button mushrooms
½ fresh coconut
1 pack fresh cream
1 packet chaat masala
1 can peaches
1 packet carrageenan (vegetarian gelatin)
For faster preparation:
Prepare onion paste for korma and refrigerate till needed. Knead dough for rotis. Marinate chicken pieces and refrigerate for upto 4 hours. Prepare the bavarois and refrigerate without garnish.
How to go about it:
Start and finish the korma. Make rotis. Meanwhile also start cooking the kababs. Serve kababs, then main course and finally garnish the dessert and serve.
