Fusion fun

Menu: Fusion is something that is the most in-thing in today’s world. The exotic and very foreign ingredients these days are teamed up with our very own desi ingredients and create a magic on the palates. Following the same trend, try out these fusioned dishes and enjoy a snacky meal with Peanut and Corn Bhel, Tandoori Broccoli and Mushroom Galouti.

Shopping list

1 packet roasted peanuts

100 grams American corn kernels 

1 packet chaat masala

1 packet cornflakes

1 lemon grass

1 small packet fresh cream

1 packet mushrooms

100 grams roasted chana dal

For faster preparation

Process the vegetables for the bhel and keep them ready. Preheat the oven at 180°C. Make the marinade ready and mix the broccoli along with the marinade. Process the mushrooms and cook them along with spices. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls and flatten them slightly into kababs.

How to go about it

Mix all the ingredients for the bhel and serve. Place the broccoli on greased tray and bake for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the galouti kababs till golden. Serve hot.
