Ingredients list for Peanut and Corn Bhel

  • 4 tablespoons Roasted Peanuts
  • 1/2 cup Corn Kernels boiled
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Chaat masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Corn flakes

Method

  1. Put corn kernels, peanuts, onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, chaat masala, salt and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Crush cornflakes coarsely and add and mix well. Serve immediately.
