Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dill leaves (suva)
- 1 cup soya nuggets
- 200 grams tofu
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 4-5 green chillies, slit
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon dried mango powder
- Salt to taste
- Juice of ½ lemon
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick kadai. Add ginger, garlic, cumin seeds and green chillies and sauté. Mash tofu. Soak soya nuggets in water. Finely chop suva bhaji
