Ingredients for Smoked Fish Salad Recipe

  • Smoked fish sliced smoked marlin 1 cup

  • Spring onion greens chopped 2-3 stalks

  • raw mango peeled and sliced into thin fingers ½

  • medium tomato seeded and sliced into thin fingers 1

  • medium onion sliced 1

  • fresh passion fruit 3 teaspoons

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • extra virgin olive oil 2 teaspoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • lemon slices 2-3 to dec

Method

Step 1

Mix together smoked fish, spring onion greens, raw mango, tomatoes and onions in a bowl.

Step 2

Add passion fruit, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper powder and mix well.

Step 3

Transfer onto a serving plate, decorate with lemon slices and serve immediately.
