Ingredients for Rajgira Sheera

  • Rajgire ka atta 1 cup

  • Pure ghee 1/2 cup

  • Sugar 3/4 cup

  • Milk 2 1/2 cups

  • Green cardamom powder 1 teaspoon


Step 1

Take pan, heat ghee, add flour and fry till it is golden brown. Make a syrup of water /milk and sugar. Add this syrup to the flour and mix well. Reduce the heat and add the cardamom powder. Cook till all the liquid is absorbed. Remove and serve hot.
